n keeping with the commitment to make public the process for soliciting proposals for the future use of Franklin Elementary School and Woodruff Early Childhood Center, the Little Rock School District will hold meetings Tuesday-Wednesday, April 11-12, 2017, 6 p.m. Interested parties who submitted proposals by the deadline will make presentations to the impacted school communities.
