In their previous meeting, Jonesboro routed Hall 49 - 6. This time around? Just more of the same. Jonesboro dominated last week, steamrollering Hall 56 - 6. The margin wasn't a surprise since Jonesboro is ranked many positions ahead of Hall in the state.
The win got Jonesboro up to 5-4. The defeat dropped Hall's record to 1-9. It is on an unfortunate eight-game losing streak.
The two teams have their sights set on raising those records in their upcoming games. Hall will face off against Searcy Thursday at 7:00 PM. This last game made it the 4th in a row where Hall has capped out at a low point total; hopefully the team can find some way to produce more scores against Searcy. Meanwhile, Jonesboro will square off against Marion this Thursday at 7:00 PM.
