The City of Little Rock, Little Rock School District and Little Rock River Market wraps up National Tourism Week with the kickoff of the Little Rocks! community engagement campaign.
For the next 16 weeks, residents are encouraged to get out and explore the city where they live, work and play and search for Little Rocks! that will be hidden at various locations. Special golden rocks will be worth prizes provided by such attractions as the Little Rock Zoo and Wild River Country. At the end of the 16-week campaign, those who’ve found the lucky rocks will be entered into a drawing for a grand prize.
The kids from Carver Elementary School have already started hiding their Little Rocks! adorned with inspirational messages or just their imaginative artwork. Individuals, families, friends, civic groups, businesses – anyone can join the fun by decorating their own Little Rocks! and leaving them for others to find then snap a picture to share with us on Facebook @GreaterLittleRocks or other social media using #LRRocks.
